Our Dental Implant Procedure

Dental implants are placed in a single sitting but also will require a defined period of osseointegration, the process that allows direct anchorage between the dental implant root and the jawbone. Osseointegrated implants yield high levels of success and have become the new standard for implant dentistry. It can take up to six months for your osseointegrated implant to anchor and completely heal, at which point our experienced dentists can conclude the procedure by placing a crown. If necessary, an artificial prosthesis may be attached to complete the process.
